Drawing & Notification

The Winner will be drawn at random from our list of scanned badges and announced via LinkedIn on 3/13 at 6 pm. The Winner will be notified via the email address associated with their scanned badge within 24 hours.

Prize

To claim the Prize, the Winner must complete a W9 Form and return the completed form to marketing@entelegent.com no later than 5 pm EST on 3/18. If the Winner fails to respond with a completed form by the deadline, EnTelegent Solutions reserves the right to draw another Winner from our list of scanned badges.

The Winner must also supply a valid Shipping Address. Shipment of the Prize will take place within 2-3 business days after the receipt of the Winner’s completed W9 Form and Shipping Address. The Winner will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.
