We also encourage and incentivize you to save for retirement by offering a Simple IRA retirement savings plan with an employer contribution.

Eligibility for our Healthcare Program begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We offer full premium coverage for our HSA program and the opportunity to “Buy-Up” into our Copay program, along with voluntary Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Eligibility for our Simple IRA begins after one year of employment. We match the first 3% of your contribution, and you are 100% vested from day one of participation.

You receive eleven (11) PTO days during your first calendar year, prorated based on your start date, and nine (9) paid holidays each year.
