The project involved managing two circuits per location. These were either Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) or Broadband, plus a Managed WAN and two Palo Alto devices at each site. Our first task was to determine which API version the client was using. Then, once we secured access to the appropriate API, most of our services became “out-of-the-box” solutions.
